Dreams form an important part of our personality. We dream about what we think, what we absorb from our environment. Though dreams are pivotal, if monitored they can be controlled by our own will as well.

Toddlers don't star in their own dreams till they are about 3-4 years old.

 

There is not one person who doesn't dream, except those who have psychological disorders. If you think you don't dream, it's just that you're forgetting your dreams. We are all the same!

 

Anxiety is the most common emotion that is experienced in dreams. Not only that, negative emotions are much more likely to occur than positive emotions in your dreams. So don't worry, you are not the only one getting nightmares frequently. Well, there is an answer to all those awful dreams.

 

Dreams spark inventions It was thought the best ideas are thought off on the toilet seat, but history has to prove that dreams play a vital role in sparking ideas for great inventions to be born. Dream more, sleep more.

Controlling your dreams – little did you know, people in fact can control their dreams, it’s called lucid dreaming. Despite the person becoming aware of their dreaming, he or she continues to dream by focusing on the dream and not letting the mind completely awaken. Something which can finally be controlled. Phew!

The dream-catcher is one of the most well-known Native American symbols. It is a loose web or webs woven around a hoop and decorated with sacred objects meant to protect against nightmares. Go grab them.

 

You must have said to yourself “Hey I’ve seen this somewhere” “I’ve been here before” that is called precognitive dreaming. Even though you are in the present, your dream has given you a faint impression of what might turn out to be – a piece from the future. Which, once the time comes, is very relatable. Now, who needs a Time Machine?

 

Blind people dream. Their dreams are auditory if they were born blind. If they became blind at an early age, they still dream of what they remember.

 

It’s impossible to dream when you’re snoring. That’s some sound sleep.

 

Human beings spend roughly around 6 years of their lifetime dreaming. So are those years wasted or well spent?
